For more control over the delivery process of your orders, we provide Courier Delivery services by all major courier companies – i.e. Fedex, UPS, Interlink, and DHL Express. This ensures optimum customer service, and a tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched for delivery.

We strive for promptness and efficiency for deliveries – however, specific delivery times are dependent on locations. Weather conditions and airport customs could also be a factor in the quick-as-possible delivery of your newly-ordered items.
Perfume is considered a dangerous good, due to shipping restrictions and can only be shipped through special courier services. We use FEDEX for all order containing perfume. When ordering, please make sure that you choose “Fedex Fragrance Delivery” if your order contains any perfume. Otherwise we won’t be able to complete and deliver your order. WE REGRET THAT WE CANNOT OFFER A STANDARD DELIVERY OPTION FOR THESE ORDERS.
If we are unable to deliver your order, we will let you know – either by email or phone – before the order is processed.
Lost or Undelivered Items
Parcels are considered “lost” by our standard delivery service once they have been in the postal system for a period of 15 working days for UK orders, and 21 working days for international orders. Although most orders do not take this amount of time to arrive, however please note that we cannot dispatch a replacement, or issue a refund until this period of time has expired. We highly recommend that you choose either Next Working Day Delivery if you are in the UK or Courier Delivery, to ensure that your parcel arrives quickly and safely.
VAT-Free Shopping on International Orders
Orders outside of European Union are VAT-Free, and prices are immediately reduced once you’ve selected a country and destination for deliveries. If orders are to be delivered outside of the EU fiscal area, the UK tax will not be charged on them.
You may be liable for local taxes and obligations upon the receipt of your order, depending on the destination country of your orders. Alyaka.com will not accept liability for country fees or taxes.
Duties, obligations, charges, and taxes for non-European Union countries are not included in the processing, ordering, and shipping costs of your order. These charges are YOUR responsibility, and we recommend researching the country’s customs, taxes, and policies before placing your order outside of the EU.
Wrong Address / Corrections
We are not responsible for the lost of your order if the delivery address provided by you at checkout is incorrect or incomplete. If your address is incorrect or incomplete, your order may be returned to us or the courier may apply a charge to your delivery cost which we will add to your order. Note that we will do this independently of our free delivery offer. If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you must pay all delivery cost to re-deliver your order to a corrected address. If you would like any additional information about deliveries to the UK or internationally, please, contact our customer service team using one of the contact options. Should the order be cancelled the refund will be processed minus the original cost of shipping incurred by us. Free delivery is only available on claimed packages.
