HENUA

The term "henua" is a Finnish one that has been preserved throughout northern mythology and is still used to convey a sense of well-being, enjoyment, and joy. We set out to create a skincare line that was so pure, balanced, and luxurious that everyone could experience the blissful Henua feeling every day.

Our Story

Our search for happiness began when our founder Jenni's skin reacted to chemicals in her skincare products. What was intended to offer health and pleasure ended up being a struggle to discover skincare items that only nourished and aided her skin. Even though she'd worked with cosmetics for 15 years, it was only then that she started paying attention to what ingredients skincare products have – and what they don´t have.

Our Philosophy

Scandinavia has the world's cleanest nature, purest air, and clearest water. The forests are a storehouse of unique natural ingredients that are used in medicine, health and beauty products. We only include the most powerful, research-verified active compounds in our formulations. Henua is a sustainable range of face and body care that pays homage to simple Nordic luxury and ecological standards without compromising its efficacy.

Beautifully Sustainable

Through outreach activities, we give back and contribute to our community. We feel that it reflects our product idea outwardly and allows us to live our principles. We want to make our waterless compounds transparent and long-lasting. We also print the components into our recycled cardboard packaging, which is also in English. We pick the ingredients with the objective of providing a complete sensory experience through beauty inside and out.

Skinimalism The goal is straightforward: to make a pun unintentionally. Instead of using many products, use as few as possible. The concept, though, is not new. Dermatologists have long advised their patients to use just one or two products at a time. It's a tried-and-true technique that benefits your skin in the long run.
