Unopened items returned to Alyaka within 28 days of receipt will be refunded if they are in their original resalable condition. Simply follow our Returns and Exchanges policy to return the item(s) to Alyaka in their original condition within 28 days of receipt. Certain items, such as mascaras, eyeliners, lip balms, lip glosses, deodorants, and intimate products, are non-returnable due to hygiene concerns unless they are still unopened or are defective. We add samples with every order. However, please note that we cannot guarantee what samples will be added to your order. Do be upset if you haven't received a samples that you wanted to try.
