To cleanse: dampen hands and rub a generous amount between palms. Smooth over the face, neck and décolleté, gently massage upwards and rinse. Use twice daily. Avoid the eye area. To deep peel: apply a thin layer over face and neck, leave for ten minutes and rinse with warm water. For best results use twice weekly and massage in with the MZ Skin Konjac sponge to make the cleanser penetrate more deeply
