Step 1. Soothe the Senses
BATH FOR THE SENSES
Deeply cleanse and nourish the skin with our Bath for the Senses featuring the soothing scent of ylang-ylang, patchouli and lavender to nourish and promote deep relaxation.
How to use: Pour 30ml into a warm bath and relax for up to 30 minutes.
Balance and nourish your skin with our Alkali Salt. Liquorice root and whey powder work to promote the elimination of waste products, release blocked energy and leave skin feeling soft and supple.
How to use: Add 4 spoonfuls to a warm bath, or dissolve one spoonful into a bowl and enjoy a relaxing footbath to soothe tired feet.
Step 2. Nourishing Body Treatment
Moisturise the skin with our best-selling Body Butter containing shea butter and olive oil to deeply nourish the skin for all day hydration.
How to apply: Massage over the whole body after showering or bathing. As hormone changes can result in dry/dehydrated skin, make sure to moisturise frequently to help the skin stretch naturally without irritation and to prevent scarring.
ARNICA BODY OIL
Deeply hydrate and nourish the skin with our Arnica Body Oil containing a blend of almond, wheat germ and jojoba oil to help reduce and prevent the appearance of scars and stretchmarks during and following pregnancy.
How to apply: Massage into damp skin after bathing or showering. Use daily for maximum results. Top tip, add a couple of drops of the Arnica Body Oil to your Body Butter for an extra dose of hydration.
Step 3. Hydrating Facial Treatment
SOOTHING CLEANSING MILK
Our gentle Soothing Cleansing Milk containing vitamin C rich rosehip seed oil works to fight hyperpigmentation, softly cleansing the skin while removing all traces of makeup for hydrated, supple skin.
How to apply: Morning and evening apply to the face, neck and décolletage in gentle circular motions. Rinse with warm water.
A deeply rich moisturising mask containing vitamin C rich broccoli seed oil, hyaluronic acid and almond oil for an immediate moisture kick while reducing hyperpigmentation in the skin.
How to apply: Apply twice a week to the face, neck and décolletage and leave on for 15 minutes. Rinse with warm water. Top tip: Apply after your serum for a special overnight treatment for instant results.
Step 4. Calm & Soothe
CALMING PILLOW SPRAY
The Calming Pillow Spray contains precious lavender oil, known for its calming and sleep inducing effects while added orange oil supports the respiratory passages and promotes relaxation.
How to use: Spritz onto your pillow just before bed and let the soothing aroma help you drift off into a peaceful slumber.
Lips are prone to moisture loss following recent pregnancy and during breastfeeding. Our nourishing Lip Balm containing plant-based oils and fine beeswax works to provide long lasting care for the lips, without the need to constantly reapply.
How to apply: Gently massage into lips several times a day as needed. Top tip: Leave a thick layer on overnight for a nourishing treatment.
