Alyaka is a small, independent team running a UK online shop for natural and organic beauty. We work across buying, e-commerce, customer care, content and marketplaces, and everyone has a real say in how the business grows.

We look for people who care about ingredients, love discovering new brands and enjoy helping customers find what works for them. Experience in beauty retail, e-commerce, digital marketing or content is a plus, but curiosity and attention to detail matter most.
