- Rahua Rebalance Shampoo 275ml – gently removes excess oil and buildup without stripping the scalp. Calendula invigorates the scalp, magnesium chloride purifies and rebalances, and omega-rich sacha inchi keeps hair soft.
- Yarok Feed Your Ends Leave-In Conditioner 236ml – a leave-in conditioner, heat protection spray and detangler in one, with vitamins, minerals and essential oils that condition the ends without weighing hair down.

Certain items, such as mascaras, eyeliners, lip balms, lip glosses, deodorants, and intimate products, are non-returnable due to hygiene concerns unless they are still unopened or are defective.
