Recommended adult dosage: two capsules daily with food. We recommend taking the capsules with breakfast or lunch however, they can be taken at any time of the day that suits your routine.

Each capsule contains: Lemon Balm (Melissa officinalis leaf extract 150 mg) equiv. dry leaf 525 mg, Passionflower (Passiflora incarnata herb top flowering extract 15 mg) equiv. dry herb top flowering 300 mg, Ashwagandha (Withania somnifera root extract 25 mg) equiv. dry root 500 mg, Nicotinamide 8 mg, Vitamin B5 (pantothenic acid from calcium pantothenate) 7.5 mg, Vitamin B6 (pyridoxine from pyridoxine hydrochloride) 1.5 mg, Vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin) 5 micrograms, Magnesium (from magnesium amino acid chelate) 55 mg.
