Mix 2 teaspoons (5 g) with 200 ml of water or milk of your choice. We recommend you take The Evening Elixir at night, 1 hour before bedtime or when you want to relax and unwind. One serving per day.

Unopened items returned to Alyaka within 28 days of receipt will be refunded if they are in their original resalable condition.
