Welleco The PMS Elixir 60 Capsules

The PMS Elixir is a vegan food supplement formulated for women, combining agnus castus, ashwagandha, broccoli and sea buckthorn with vitamin B6, which contributes to the regulation of hormonal activity, and magnesium and iron, which contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Take 2 capsules daily.

• Vitamin B6 contributes to the regulation of hormonal activity.
• Magnesium and vitamin B6 contribute to normal psychological function and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
• Chromium contributes to normal macronutrient metabolism.
• Chromium contributes to the maintenance of normal blood glucose levels.

Take two capsules daily with food, or as directed by your health professional. Recommended adult dosage.

WelleCo recommends taking the capsules in the morning or at lunch alongside good plant fats such as avocado, nuts, seeds, or olive oil, to assist with the absorption of the fat-soluble vitamins.
